How does the menu work? Are there minimums for entrees?
Our entrees menu works just like a restaurant so your guest can enjoy exactly what they like- without minimums. We serve hand cut steaks, organic boneless chicken breast or farm fresh vegetables for our non-seafood eaters.
Is it possible to make changes to the menu?
Absolutely! Our trained chefs are happy to work with around your personal preferences to make sure you have exactly what you want. Our goal is to create a memorable event.
What are some fees not included in food prices?
Our food pricing does not include the mandatory 7% meals tax, gratuity or staff charges.
For on-site catering, staff is required to ensure your event runs smoothly. Our team will handle setup of event tables, chairs and place settings, attentive service (including assisting guests, filling water glasses, and clearing trash) and a full cleanup after the event so the space is left exactly as we found it. Staffing is billed at $50 per hour, per staff member and is not included in the listed food prices. This rate reflects service time as well as the insurance, licensing, and operational costs associated with on-site staffing.
When will you need our menu and guest count?
We ask for the final details and menu about a week prior to the event. We will reach out via email.
What can we expect the day of the party?
We will arrive an hour or so prior to the event to set up and start cooking. We work out a trailer and would ask for parking nearby to accommodate this. We have our own pots and grills, would not need to use your kitchen and take everything with us when we leave- trash included. We do ask for access to water. Our goal is to provide you with an amazing and fun clambake where we do all the work and you get to enjoy every minute.
When is payment expected? And how do we pay?
To secure your date, we require a $200 deposit at the time of booking. For larger parties, the deposit amount may be adjusted accordingly. This amount will be deducted from the final invoice.
The remaining balance is due at the conclusion of your event and may be paid by cash, check or credit card. We aim to make the payment process simple and convenient so you can focus on enjoying your event.
